a halloween recital

What a success this night was! I had all my students dress in a costume to match their song. Anne of Green Gables was there to play her theme, Little Red Riding Hood wrote and sang a song about the Big Bad Wolf, Skelton fingers were dancing on the keyboard and the Flinstones were brought back to life. The recital had baseball players, pirates, cowgirls, animals, the queen of hearts and much much more. It was awesome!! I felt very proud of all my students and the great jobs that they did performing.

a beautiful Kimball

Every music studio needs a great piano. I am happy introduce this beauty. It was a thrilling week as I surprised all my students with something that would be taking their lessons to the next level. I enjoyed watching each student proudly sit before this ebony wonder. Each one played their own little something and I saw many smiles. Welcome to my beautiful new Kimball.
Since the arrival of jarflower's newest instrument there has been many exciting things happening. Stay tuned and bookmark this blog to receive updates, pictures, upcoming events and memorable lesson/performing moments. It looks like Madonna made her way into my studio.
Did anyone see her at the recital?
Halloween recital pictures coming soon!
Happy Practicing!
